Delivery & Returns
UK Mainland: All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Signed For®. We are a small, independent family business and this ensures all parties are covered should an item be lost or damaged in transit.
Europe and the rest of the world: All orders to destinations outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed where possible, although exclusions may sometimes apply. We are not responsible for any delays to your order once they are with the courier, nor for any additional customs charges applied to items sent outside of the European Union.
Items from our collection: Although we try our best to dispatch items as soon as possible, because we make all our items to order, please allow 5-10 working days for dispatch of goods. Custom Orders (V.I.B's): Custom orders will take longer depending on the length of time it takes to complete the design and we cannot guarantee a specified timeframe.
Standard items: You may return your items for a full refund or exchange for another item within 30 days of receipt. We cannot refund your original postage costs if you have simply changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size. Customers are also responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post.
Custom Orders (V.I.B’s): Unfortunately, custom orders are non-returnable unless the items are faulty.
For any items to be eligible for return, they must meet the following criteria:
- All items must be unused.
- All items must be clean and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Once an item has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
We take the utmost care in making all our made to order items, and we check every garment before despatch. Please contact us via email at email@example.com before returning an item so that we may can be made aware of the issue.
If goods are deemed to be defective, we may ask you to return faulty goods for closer inspection and suggest you return goods to us via a recorded or registered service should this be the case, and a full refund will be given.
When we agree to accept a return, we will refund you at the full amount of the item purchased minus original freight cost. All returns to us will be made at the customers expense, we will only offer to refund postage when shipped goods have proven to be damaged. Please allow a few days for the refund to process.
